With over 35 years in the insurance industry, Jason Hautaniemi began his career at Suncorp straight out of high school and now proudly leads his own brokerage. His journey has been defined by a deep commitment to client service, from helping small start-ups grow into thriving businesses, to handling complex insurance needs with care and precision.
Jason also spent many years as a qualified Financial Planner, holding an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, where he supported clients in achieving financial security and retirement peace of mind. In recent years, he made the decision to focus solely on General Insurance as his brokerage rapidly expanded.
Known for his hands-on approach and belief that hard work lays the foundation for success, Jason continues to build lasting relationships across Townsville and beyond.

Anna began her insurance broking career in 2010 after transitioning from finance roles on the Gold Coast. With a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma of Insurance Broking, and over 13 years of industry experience under Jason’s mentorship, she brings strong expertise and long-standing client relationships to the team.

JJarrod began his career in insurance straight after high school, later earning a Bachelor of Commerce and gaining experience in financial planning before returning to broking. His background in financial services has shaped his client-focused approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions. A North Queensland local, Jarrod makes the most of the sunshine with a love for sport, adventure, and time spent with family, friends, and good food.
